Masters set to make their mark in Santry

Masters athletes took to the Magazine Fort the Phoenix Park last weekend as part of the Autumn Open Cross Country in search of international selection. Competition was strong throughout, especially where athletes were keenly contesting selection placings in the various age groups for the forthcoming British & Irish Masters International Cross Country Championships in Santry Demesne on the 14th of November.

Selected Athletes have now been notified and you can check the full selections for the men here and the women here.

An open race,( Master Athletes only), will take place at 2pm, once the International programme has completed.

More information will be posted on the Masters site as the event draws closer.

Finally, a big thanks to all involved last Sunday, whether at registration, course layout & breakup, Officiating & Volunteering, or catering afterwards.
