National Jumps Squad 8th November

Following on from our first squad day in October we will have our second jumps workshop this Saturday (November 8th) in Nenagh from 11 to 3pm.  If any athlete or coach feel that they should attend this squad please contact Pat Power at 087-9586138. All four jumping events will be covered during the day.

October Squad

The October squad was attended by 32 athletes and coaches representing 20 different clubs where they were put through their paces by David Murphy and Cera Nolan in Triple jump, Martin O’Grady and Rosie Daniel in High Jump, Eamon Flanagan in Pole vault and Stephen Fleischer and Pat Power in Long Jump. David O’Regan conducted functional movement analysis with the athletes and will continue on this theme this Saturday.

Both athletes and coaches enjoyed the workshop in October and find these sessions very beneficial in their build up to the indoor season.
