Upcoming Sprint Relay Workshop

SPRINT RELAY WORKSHOP

A Sprint Relay Workshop for coaches will take place on Sunday November 1st at Tallaght AC from 1pm – 3pm. This workshop will look closely at the basics of coaching Sprint Relays including - The warm up, squad drills, change zones, check marks and passing technique. It will be conducted by junior men's relay coach Daniel Kilgallon. Below is a training video of the Irish junior men's 4x100m relay team.
